Handan Haosheng Fastener Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 and is located in Yongnian Southwest Development Zone, China, a standard parts distribution center. It is a manufacturer specializing in the production of high-strength fastener products.
After years of efforts, the company has developed into a registered capital of 50 million yuan, covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters, currently employs 180 people, has a monthly output of more than 2,000 tons, and has annual sales of more than 100 million yuan. What we do?
Handan Haosheng Fasteners specializes in the research and development, production, sales and export of high-strength bolts and nuts, expansion screws, drywall nails and other screw products. The products implement the national standard GB, German standard, American standard, British standard, Japanese standard, Italian standard and Australian standard International standards, . Product mechanical performance levels cover 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, etc.
The production process strictly implements the ISO9001 quality system standard. Every link from the raw material processing to the production process is operated according to strict procedures and is equipped with high-quality quality monitoring personnel and complete testing equipment. There are 10 QC, hardness testers, tensile testers, Torque meter, metallographic analyzer, salt spray tester, zinc layer thickness meter and other sets of testing equipment, so as to effectively control every step of the production process to ensure the quality of each product produced.
The factory has now formed a complete process flow, established a series of complete equipment systems from raw material, molds, manufacturing, product production, heat treatment, surface treatment to packaging, etc., and has advanced equipment from abroad, including multiple sets of large-scale heat treatment and spheroidizing annealing equipment, dozens of sets of multi-station cold forged machines, can produce various sizes and specifications.
