MOQ for custom flange bolts is 2 tons. Standard types are in stock and can be delivered directly to shorten lead time.

What tolerance can your products achieve?

The conventional tolerance is ±0.02 mm. Slight tolerance variations may occur at different positions due to structure and manufacturing processes. We can comply with the technical requirements specified in your drawings.

Can you quote based on drawings? Is free sampling available?

We can provide accurate quotations according to your drawings, and custom sampling service is available. Since sampling involves raw material and processing costs, relevant material and labor charges will apply, thank you for your understanding.

What payment methods do you accept? Can you issue special‑value‑added invoices?

T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance accepted. VAT invoices available per regulations. Supply full invoicing information in advance for special VAT invoices.

What is the lead time for custom‑made products? Can you arrange rush production?

The standard custom production lead time is 30‑45 days. Intelligent production scheduling is adopted to guarantee the progress. If you have urgent requirements, please contact us in advance to evaluate the feasibility of rush order and confirm the delivery time.

How to handle dimensional deviations of custom‑made products?

Sample confirmation will be completed before mass production of custom products, and sample parameters will be taken as the production benchmark to reduce the risk of dimensional deviation. If dimensional deviations occur in subsequent bulk goods, we will cooperate to make rectification after mutual verification of the situation by both parties.
